How are we supposed to know if we're getting enough nutrients in our diet? Sure, there's the nutritional information, but a lot of the time the B vitamins aren't even listen. I've never seen vitamin K listen in nutritional information or Vitamin A.

If you really are concerned about getting vitamins...take a multivitamin! Take them with food, so that they can be absorbed better. Better to swallow a pill with dinner, than to have to eat a bunch of greens...

no, amp is right. Calcium deficiency affects women much more than it does men. Having enough calcium when you are growing up is important if you don't want to have problems when you are older. I know I sound like one of those lame commercials, but its very true. My mom had a calcium deficiency when she was like 30, and so have younger women.

There is no superfical way to tell but if you don't think your getting enough you can take a multivitamin. Actually I reccomend you take one even if you are or think you are getting enough. Also all you gals out their should be taking a calcium supplement, I don't care how much milk you drink.
