We just came off of a weekend celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. who spent his life working for peace and equality. Once a year, every year, we set resolutions hoping to become better people. We get caught up in our own little world that we forget about others. Instead of accomplishing what it is we set out to do, we get farther and farther away from reality. For me, today was a wasted day. I just recently found out that I had unintentionally hurt someone's feelings yesterday and I hadn't taken the time to realize it until she brought it to my attention.
