China is changing. People from Rural areas are moving into the city. This effects us immensely, since it effects our economic situation. These people are going to start consuming goods and we are going to be expected to supply some of these goods. How do you think this will effect buisness in general? How do you think we'll cope with the upcoming demand?

If you have a problem with my way of expressing myself, or for some reason believe I copy pasted that from somewhere you could just say so or ask for sources, which I would gadly provide.
I believe it's worth pointing out that so far your only contributions to the thread have been:
Welcome to humanity Jookly
and
Come on Speed, copy-pasting is for middle schoolers.

That sure told me and everyone else a lot about the chinese economy and culture. WinkWinkWink

If you beleive yourself capable of providing a piece of information that doesn't have a source(not copy-pasted as you say) then go ahead and do so, you sure must be one remarkable person.
To go a little further, I would appreciate you providing some sort of information regarding China. I'll take for granted that you haven't gotten it from anywhere, you just happen to know it, because that would be middle schooler behaviour wouldn't it?

Speed, there's a huge difference between reading an article and recounting it in your own words, and just hacking a few peices of text and posting it like it was your own. You didn't even post a source or tell us you got it from a newspaper.

There's a word for that, I think it begins with a P...

Unless you actually WROTE a sentence like this: "One of the measures adopted to foment domestic investement and growth is the previously mentioned, as well as larger incentives for local bussiness ventures."
In which case you're just stupidly pretentious. Smile

This past week the Communist Party of China approved the first law which permits private property and investment since the PRC was officialized in 1949.
Currently the inflation rate is growing very rapidly, a fact that worries the government. This is due to China's economic growth relying largely on foreign trade, rather than on internal development. One of the measures adopted to foment domestic investement and growth is the previously mentioned, as well as larger incentives for local bussiness ventures.
Some estimates situate China as the first world power in as little as 40 or 50 years if the current growth continues even moderately.

Well, China's product differs anyway. Many of them are imitated goods, such as Honda bike being made as "Hongda". There is also a variation in quality as some products made by them contains dangerous chemicals. Maybe the low price is also caused by lack of quality inspection, which would cost a lot for the manufacturer.

I'm not saying that all China products are bad. Some are high quality but so does the price. Other countries and my country has bad products too, but i think China need to tighten up its quality and health inspection, and also the working environment.

* China's low price goods does help many poor people in other countries, as they could now afford something that are previously out of their limits. It also helps to reduce unemployment in China, but .. employment in countries importing China goods will fall as it is hard to compete with the low labor cost China has.

the problem is that china needs more and more energy to create these cheap goods, completely undermining the great work we are doing in Europe to cut down emissions.

I don't know how much China really needs our products. China's economic system is better equiped than ours to produce products cheaply and efficiently, it seems like they have very little need for foreign-made products.
