I've heard recently that when livestrong is slowly going out, t-shirts are coming in. from my point of view they give more money, and are more durable. any sites?

haha...nice.

this is kind of irrevelant, but at my high school, we arent allowed to wear band shirts. Theyve never enforced this rule until about a week ago (without warning), they gave a guy ISS (in school suspension) for wearing a flippin Relint K shirt! Now they are suspending anyone that wears a shirt that has any kind of band name on it...but then a guy wore a shirt that had an arrow pointing up that said "The Man" and an arrow pointing down that said "The Legend" (disgusting, but funny at the same time). He walked right by the administration and didnt get in trouble! At y'all's schools, do y'all have rules against band shirts?
Students have been planning to get the whole student body to wear a band shirt on May 3, and theres a petiton going around to get rid of the band shirt rule. I think this is ridiculous, what do y'all think?

I really really want to make a shirt that has a platypus and an echidna raising their "fists" and says "Monotremes Rock A$$".

Hmmm...Encyclopedia Slewinca, I like the sound of that Smile
No problem, bella. *graciously accepts award*

Oh, and I forgot to mention this shirt before, I don't know if you've seen it yet, but Seventeen magazine is offering a t-shirt in which 100% of the profits go to the United Way's South Asia Tsunami Response Fund. http://www.seventeen.com/reallife/makeadifference/spc/0,,667597_667599,00.html Cool, right?

And yes, YN t-shirts are in the works (as well as a whole YN online store from what I've read on some of the threads like this one: http://boards.youthnoise.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/204295355/m/67610049763).

I never thought of t-shirts being a trendy thing, I just thought they were always in Smile
Anyway, there are a lot of places online where you can get shirts that support your favorite cause. www.cafepress.com is one of them, you may have to dig around, but they have some shirts that, for example, benefit small animal rescue organizations. The coolest part about shopping at cafepress is that you can get a design you like on a bunch of different things, like mousepads, clocks, mugs and more.
If saving the earth is an important cause to you, be sure to check this store out: http://www.cafepress.com/care2store They have a bunch of designs to choose from, including political ones and pro-animal ones. Part of the profits go to environmental and animal charities. (as is the case with most of www.care2.com 's services)
It's also a good idea to check out the online stores of your favorite non-profit organizations. They will most likely have a t-shirt or two that supports the cause. (like http://www.cafepress.com/aspca , http://www.now.org/store/ , http://www.amnestyusa.org/store/index.html , http://www.petacatalog.org/products.asp?dept=4 , http://www.cafepress.com/petastore , just to name a few)

Well, that's all I can find for now. Aren't I helpful? Smile
