I, along with some friends/fellow recent college grads, am starting a socially conscious clothing line—fashionable, comfortable, responsibly-made graphic tees expressing positive messages—and am conducting a survey of interested individuals to find out how to best meet their needs.

For example, through this survey, we want to understand what issues you are most concerned about and you will help determine what designs and messages shall appear on the 1st run of shirts. Survey takers will also be the 1st notified when these shirts become available. We’d really appreciate your help!

Thanks to everyone who completed the survey: we really appreciate the support. I'm posting this update to follow-up on the questions I've been asked:

-LAUNCH DATE: We're hard at work trying to make this a reality by the end of 2007. I'll post another message here once we go live, so that you can check it out.

-MONEY FLOW: The shirt price will go towards fair compensation for designers and sustaining operations (building this concept and making high quality, responsibly-made shirts isn't exactly cheap!). Designers can also pledge their proceeds from a design to a nonprofit of their choice. That way, shirt sales can benefit worthy causes without raising the price any higher than it needs to be.
