smoking,betel nuts(pan chalia) which are commonly prevelant in youth in our part of country (Pakistan)and are the silent killers and people reach at their last stage due toit's chain use.I am associated with a non profit organization and working against it.These things cannot be eradicated until and unless we youth all join hands together and work for it's elimination.i need ur support
