this past year, i started an environmental club at my school. unfortunately, we didn't do much of anything, and by the end of the year there were only about three members left. next year, i want to get more organized, and have things for the members to do. a lot of people who left came to me and said that they would come if we ever did something that actually helped, but i'm not sure what we can do. any ideas? oo, and i was thinking of organizing some kind of...i guess you could call it a festival, but a small one for my school on earth day. any ideas on what we can do for that either? thank you sooo much!

Create a petition to get environmentally friendly things-- wind power, organic food, etc-- used in your school. Keep an eye out for foreign plant removals going on around your neighborhood (Garlic mustard seems to be a big one where I live) and volunteer the club to help. Also, advertise your club (on recycled paper) and advertise club events as well to try to get more people, with their own ideas, to come.
