I am still struggling with parental stuff so I'm not moving very fast at the moment

So far with just looking, I've found two links. One is for rape and the other is for anorexia. I'll include them in this thread. Here is the first one called fallen. And the second one called angel. I hope this helps so far.

I found another link to a thread that I posted awhile ago. Do you think that it could be tied into what you're doing. I don't mean like right now, but sometime in the future? Well I will give you the link with this thread. It's in this last sentence under 'link'.

Amp- I have a link here to where you can get a free web host. I hope that it helps you. Also, I saw that you found a song on rhapsody by Point of Grace. I know of another one that is by a Christian artist named Josh Bates. It's called 'Less'. When I read the post you used to start this thread it reminded me of this song. You don't have to use it if you don't want to. It's just a suggestion and it's on my myspace if you want to listen to it.

Just collect info on various issues like rape and body image and ways to cope with said issues

I don't know yet because she's at work and I'll talk to her about it tonight whenshe gets home. I know that they are picking up some business because it's Memorial Day weekend. Other than finding out what web host my mom uses, is there anything else you need/want me to do?

I would like to do that too in my church. I know that it will take some time and I would have to talk to my preacher but I would be interested. I think he would be interested too. General Update on Artsy Stuff/Web Design: Slow going my artist is slightly busy right now but she should have some concept art soon we disscused a general idea for one banner style image today. A non-gender specific hand helping up what is definently a femine hand (it would be like it was zoomed in to just the hands) and perhaps a full scale version of that a young lady being helped up by a non-gender specific and unknown person

Also I've been looking around at music that's inspirational for such a project and I found a song by Point of Grace called "Saving Grace" check it on rhapsody it's really good

Update Again:
The Mission Statement for Fallen Angels is thus: To extend a helping hand to fallen daughters of God. (note: daughter's of God in this case referrs to all teenage girls not just christian ones though this is a christian orginization we will not turn any one from our door (or web portal for that matter) because they are not christian)

What we're gonna do: Most of the volunteers like someday and myself are gonna run what's called a "street team" the whole point is to get the word out with posters and such. Now I will accept applications as we grow for peer counselors but until then we will steer peopler who need help and want to talk to someone to places like teenhopeline.com which has a staff of counselors ready to tlak about anything. What the site will do is be a general repository of information for all the hellish crap young girls have to go through these days from eating disorders and body image to rape and teen pregancy not a problem will be left untouched and a soul left unsaved if I have anything to say about it

Update: I have spoken with my artist/web designer friend and she says it'll be a piece of cake. She's begun some general concept art.
Also I've begun the write up of the general purpose of this orgnization, a mission statement if you will and will post it here when it's finished
