Why is it that sick people have to go to the back of the drug store to get their medicine while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front?

Uh - because almost everything that happens in this world is kind of messed in one way or another? Like why do we have to write essays? I mean, they are so illogical, full of language and thoughts that are really irrelevant to what we live day to day. (atleast they are in first year anyway)
