I haven't heard anything from him yet. Have you heard anything? I just hope that he sends me a letter. I want to get to know him. Maybe invite him to our spring show at my school. I'll let you know if something changes.

Thanks Hydrok. I'll keep you posted if and when I get something from him. You've been so much help.

Hydrok, can I ask you a question? Well, I'm trying to find out if my soldier is still overseas or if he is back home. So, my question is this: How would I go about finding that out?

No, it's not. It's up to YOU Brian.
I'm not cool with it unless steph is ok with it.

When I signed up for a soldier I was given a starter kit that tells you all the appropriate things to say.

In the first letter that you guys have written to a soldier, what did you say? I'm really bad at starting things like that, and would be lost as of what to say in the first letter.
In my first letter I started it off by teling them who I was and a little bit about myself. Then, I told him that I was thanful for what he was doing and so on. I asked him some questions about himself and then I closed the letter and mailed it. I hope that this helps you.
