Hey!
i know this must be a hard time for you but in a way its also i time for you to be proud because your parent is a hero! I'm also a teen and i know life is hard enough already but this is when you should talk to your friends about things because they always make me feel better. Just remeber to hold your head high and that you have support all the way from Franklin Tn.

Thank you and your families very much. You are prayed for by many with your strength and kindnesses. Your unselfish behavior will be thought of by everyone. Be proud of your loved ones and everything they are doing for this country. Thank you again for such great people in the world as them. You are in the hearts and minds of many as well as being loved. All my prayers are sent to you. if anyone needs to talk or is lonely. Love always, McKeever

Whether we are pro war or pro peace, I think that now is the time to realize the effects of war--not only on the soldiers but their families. I appericate the sacrifices you all have made and I support American troops world-wide, becasue I know that any soldier fighting for America is someone special to an American citizen. I am grateful for the soldiers' protection of my freedoms and for their support of our nation.

I am especially grateful to their families for suporting them and enabling them to be the shining examples of duty, citiznship and patriotism that they are.
Thank you all

Being a kid is so hard to understand others and their actions. I can presume that you kids are feeling desperate, hopeless and really scared for the lives of your loved ones, but there is always someone who looks up for all of us. I know your parents are doing their duty, may the Lord bless them and guide them to do what they, not the press, Bush or the government, and their hearts tell them to do. May their hearts and souls instruct them to stop this blood sheding.

your truly,
Audrey

I am so sorry to say that yes we have gone to war and our loved ones have gone to fight!! I myself have a loved one who went to war and i am so sad that he left me but before he went he said that there is always hope, he said that if we trust then every thing would be fine and i believe him! I just want to tell the children out there that if they trust, just lyke on the 1 dollar bill " we trust in god" then every thing will be alright! As long there is love in the air hope will stay alive!!! We will not be defeated!!

I just want to tell all the children who have parents in the military...thank you so much for having just amazing parents who are willing to sacrafice their lives for our freedom and our country. That means the world to me. I wish we didn't have to go to war, but I know that we will come out on top because we have the best troops out there, your parents. I pray for their safety and that they return home soon. I pray for you and your family also. Tell them thanks for me. God Bless America.

I'm sorry that you have to give up your parents for a short time. Whether you do or don't support the war, just keep in mind your parent is freeing thousands of oppressed people, and helping to save other countries from Saddam Hussein.

Thanks for your sacrifice, and know that you and your parents are supported!!!!

Look, I know it's hard for kids who have parents in war. I'm scared to death and I'm safe in N.H. But, given the choice, apparently adults choose to fight. To protect everything we believe in. Remember that. Every time you go to school and don't get discriminated against for skin color or religion. Every time you feel afraid. Every day when you wish they were back. Remember the important things they're fighting for.

I know exactly how it feels my father was in the army. he missed all of my B-days until he retired. HeAlso missed two years of my life. Trust me it will get better soon. When the war is over your mom or dad will be back home holding you or talking to you agian. Just remember them and everything will be all right Big Grin

All of you children who have parents in the military, know that they are doing a very special thing for this country. I may not know them, but I know that I am grateful for all that they are doing for me and my family. Without brave men and women like your mom or dad, we may not have the life we live today. Be thankful you can have such an awesome parent to call yours. Keep your head up and don't worry, everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, then it's not the end. You'll make it through!
