Hey! my best friend's uncle never returned from Iraq, and even though i don't know how it feels when you lose a dear one, seeing my friend so devastated made me realize how that WAR is Really affecting us,all of us... we feel for you, you're not forgotten. And people like me and my crew will do everything possible to make sure you never will. Peace.
Don't worry, everything is okay. Even though its hard celebrating the holidays without your loved ones with you it will be fine. They will always be in your heart, and you will always be in theirs. You can still celebrate with them just try sending them a letter or card, it will cheer them up a lot because im sure they miss you too! Just remember that they will always love you and are coming home soon!
One of my friends just had a very close brother die in Iraq due to injuries from an IED.
so, now, I've been thinking. I don't support the war-at all. But I do support our troops, because they are over there fighting for what they believe in, and protecting their friends, family, and even those they don't know. Before Coty died, I would never have dreamed of doing anything for the military-just because I didn't feel any sort of "calling" to do so, not because I'm unpatriotic. But now, I want to do something because, well actually, I don't know why. I just feel like I should do something, and I've been thinking about what I could do. As far as combat goes, that's definatly not me, but I want to be a nurse, when I get out of school, so maybe I could enlist as a nurse overseas? I don't know. Anyhow, please pray for Coty's family, as they are having a VERY difficult time right now.
I love to walk in the rain-no one can tell that I am crying. When the pin is pulled, Mr. Grenade is not our friend.
I can not even imagine what you are going through because I have no parent that in Iraq. I do however wish you and your family ever ounce of luck and pray that your mom or dad returns home safe and sound. I know it must be hard but you have got to have faith and believe thatgood things happen all the time. God Bless you and your family.
Respect is the main key that everyone should have but little do.
God bless our troops! I don't they get in the least amount of enough gratitude for what they're doing in Iraq. People have forgotten our men and women and what they are fighting for. I only hope they have a safe, and welcoming return home!
I want to thank you for giving up a parent to defend our freedom and the freedom of others. You are saving lives in Iraq just as much as your parent. Your mom or dad might not be here for you this Christmas but right now as they save lives they give kids in Iraq hope that their parents will still be there for them during the Christmas's to come. Thanks again for letting go of someone you love to help save others. Merry Christmas and support our troops!

Hey.. Sry about that comment I left before, whoever deleted it. It was by no means targeted at you. I wish the soldiers luck and hope they come home soon, so we can all end this bloodshed.
Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless--like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash... Be water, my friend... -- Bruce Lee
