To all the lids out there with a family member in war I personally sujest that you get on your neesand pray it depends on your religon but if you are that's what I sujest because it will also help you not be scared and it will help you feel more confident and you will not be as scared but remberyou should allways share your felling it will also help alot but if your scared I want you to know your not the only one.

I bet it's really hard having your parents away in war. And i'm sure that you feel that you need your parents to be with you. That's true, but the Iraqi people need them too. Just remember that your parents are doing an honorable and a brave act. Hopefully, the war will be over pretty soon, and you'll be able to see your parents again!

Hi, well good news what im hearing is that Saddam and his sons were killed im not so sure but if so soon enough you parents will be home holding you tight and saying its past your bed time you boy/girl brush your teeth before you go to bed and they'll simply say good night dont let the bed bugs bite and say i love you as well

I just wanted to let you know, that i cant imagine having a family member away in Iraq. I pray for you every day, and teh safe return of your loved ones.

If my parents were gone, I would be upset too. But think on the bright side, your parents are saving the whole world. Its better to have someone go to war and fight for your country then not fight at all and get hurt. Yeh your parents will be gone but their like ssaving your life. Good Luck!

Our names are Erin and Sarah. We are 13 years old. We don't know how much we can help but we will try. Neiher of us know what it is like to have a loved one in the armed forces but right now Erin is in a very happy but scary situation too. Sarah is not saying that your parents being in the armed forces is happy but they are saving many people's lives. If you ever feel sad that your parents aren't home think about all the children just like us.Your loved one is saving these children. If you feel alone just talk to someone close to you that you know will comfort you. We hope that this message will help you in some ways and that your family member(s) come home safe.
