Don't worry much of your dad, mom, any family member, or friend that is really important and special to you. All the US troops are just trying to is to kill that evil Saddam Hussein and give Iraqi people what they have been wanting over a long period of time, their freedom. Jjust don't feel sad, actually feel proud because that special person of yours is actually doing something good for another country. And again, don't feel sad, because you are not the only child that has a special person out there.

It might not seem like a lot, but thank you.
While you stay home and continue to go to school and attend soccer games and watch cartoons, your parents are over in Iraq fighting for the freedom every single person on the planet deserves to have. Freedom is not necessarily a birthright that comes with being born in a certain country; it is a birthright we all have merely because we are human. People like your moms and dads are exceptional in the fact that they are willing to stand up to the bullies when they rise up and pick on others who are not as strong or as big. I am proud of them; you should be too.
And know that your parents, wherever they are right now, are proud of you, too, for not letting the bully change your lives.
May the Gods bring your parents home safe and quickly.

You dont even no me and you fighting for me, I really respect all of the soldiers in iraq! on the other hand all of the democrats in congress should be proud of our americans for fighting for us. and senetor daschel or how ever you spell it should be ashamed of what you've said about this war.I feel the main reason this war has escalated is because of all the bickering in congres. if you werent always fighting the gov. might get some where just get along. Plenty of people are stricken with the war but the people who I think it hits the hardest are the children of the grownups who have gone to war. They have to manage getting through everyday with homework and extra activities, now they have their parents to worry about. I just want to say to every kid who has a parent in the war, keep it up. They'll be safe!

Faith. Faith is the way you can make it until your loved one returns. Think of the kids over in Iraq. Compare their lives to ours and you'll see how lucky we are. And it's all thanks to your parents...they're the reason we live such sheltered lives. We have them to thank so be proud that they're giving their lives for you. And don't forget to reach out to the families affected by this in Iraq. You probably know how they feel better than the rest of us.

To whom this may concern: I sincerely hope that everything will be all right with your mom/dad. I want to let you know that I am hoping you will not need to suffer from ant disastrous news, God Forbid. I'm sure that you're mom/dad will come home, with medals to show how brave they had been in the war. I myself do not have any relatives or close friends in the war, thank God, but I think I know what you feel like. Good Luck, to you, your family, and your parents. Maybe it would feel better if you helped the war effort by raising money for the Iraqi people so they can have food, just like you and me. Wishing you luck, a friend

I think the people protesting the war are week late and a couple dollars short. I think if anything we should be backing them up. I think we should be supporting them. Their over there fighting for us, we should be thanking them for caring. There are those of us that are sitting there not doing anything. This is your country, s stand up for it, protect it, fight for its rights. People need notice that were not doing this for fun. Were fight for various reason, such as living. Living in a country where you get to do what you what, getting to believe in your own Ideas not having to follow someone elses. We should be thankful for everything we have and if it comes down to it. We should fight to keep it!!null
