You must have a loved one involved in the war. Let me tell you how I handle that kind of pain and confusion. The answer, in my opinion, is to use prayer as a tool. Not to hurt the other side, but to ask for comfort and consolation for all those people on the sidelines, theirs and ours, that wait for a quick and peaceful end to the war. I hope this helps you. Prayer always works for me.
Your friend,
I. Munoz

Your parents are very brave for risking thier lives for this country. My father was in the First war with iraq but i was just a baby so i didnt know what was going on... i pray for everybody over there everynight and about tha people who dont agree wit da war they will come around. Jus know what your parents are doin is right...thats the important thing that and that they love you.

We wish your parents good luck and a safe return. Hope to see the war end soon. We know you're feeling scared right now, but they will make it home safe. They are fighting for our freedom and for our country's safety. They are also fighting for kids just like you in Iraq so they will have a safe place to live. Wishing you peace, Carly

At this very moment I have two older brothers overseas fighting in Iraqi. One is 20 and the other is 21. The oldest has twins a son and a daughter that are five months old, currently my father and I take care of them till he gets home. The mother left with everything my brother had within a month of having the twins, so it is a hard time for everyone since. MY two brothers are my half brothers and my father (who adopted me) has no relation to them as far as parenting. This is a harsh time for everyone most of all the kids who have parents overseas. I truly know how you feel and I wish I could offer more support but if at anytime does anyone want to talk to me Remember there's always someone there who cares! And I'll always be there! With Lots of Love, freefighter

My thoughts and prayers are with your parents that are fighting or deployed to the war. Your parents are very brave. I know it is hard to have them gone and scarey not knowing what will happen or when they will return. They are serving our country and I am sure you are proud. I just wanted to let you know I was thinking of you and your family.

I know how you guys feel. My sister baby sits for this lady and her husband just got sent over to fight. She is pregnet and is getting ready to have her baby soon. They do not even know if he is going to be able to make back to be there when his fourth child is born. I also know how you all feel my real father is in the Navy. He is a Cheif Petty Officer and my brother and sisters have not been told if he will have to be sent out or not! I hope that he doesn't have to because his wife just had a child but if he does i will keep him in prayer. I think that you should always keep your parents in prayer. I know how it feels and know one wants their parents to go but all they are doing is saving are country. I know a lot of people in the ary, Navy, and everything else. So I know how it feels.
