Best teacher ever was my my AP History teacher junior year. Mr. Neuman. We always had amazing debates always proving just how dumb our class was, but in a reassuring way. He took the opposite position of the students and of course would win, but we learned. And he let me get away with stuff.

Oh good, someone had the guts to make a new subject out of teachers. Phew! Anyway, I have a bunch of good teachers in my school so I'll only go over the ones I have this semester.

I have a really cool guy named Mr Carle (teaches Psych.) who makes the subject really interesting by doing a lot of projects and class activities. For example, while we were going over Gender Differences, we played games to analyze the different approaches males and females take in competition. (Males needed structure, looked for a leader, played more independently and tried to intimidate "enemies" while the females tended to select a group leader/spokesperson, supported each other more, and did not care so much about winning vs. losing.) He is also trying to get a second Psychology course in the curriculum at my school because of how popular Psychology is.

I have this really nice teacher, Dr. Tishkevich (yes, a doctor!) who came from a college but also likes teaching High School. I'm in her Pre-Calculus class. She's really preparing us for post-secondary education. But she is wicked nice about extra help and stuff.

There's also a really "evil" teacher I have. That's just a joke between the two of us (well, a few other students know, but it's okay). Her name is Ms. Bricchi and teaches Running Start Physics. Really cool-down to earth kind of teacher. Can joke around and teach at the same time. One day, we were learning about the coefficient of friction called "mew" which rhymes with "you" and was getting a little tired of some talking in the back of the room, so she yelled at 'em, "Hey MEW, be quiet!" Really cool...

Last teacher this semester-Miss Halverson. Everybody, even most freshmen, know who she is because of her stories and her laugh. When she laughs (a real one), it is usually REALLY loud, and takes a long time for her to recover. A lot of people just laugh because of hr laugh. She teaches English 10, Mythology and CP English 12; I'm in the latter. She really gets to know everyone and helps them as an individual, versus helping the entire class the same way.

We don't give 'em enough credit....

My favorite teacher is my Precalc teacher this year. Last year, she encouraged my school to let me take Algebra 2 along with Geometry. She's always had faith in me and goes out of her way to inspire people to like math, from giving out candy to letting people do extra credit to raise their grades.

She let me do both Varsity and Frshman math team this year and is one of my few teachers who tries to not treat me differently because of my age.

The social studies department at my school is the best. English probably the worst.

I would say that all my teachers have been awesome. You going to have your teachers that you will run it problems with, but all problems can be worked out. Both of my parents are teaches. My dad has been teaching about 30 yrs. and my mom has been teaching about 10 yrs. so I know what a teacher goes through behind closed doors. Teachers are amazing people that live their lives opening doors for the next generation. All we have to do is walk through. Give them respect and they'll give you there heart.

All of my teachers have been nice but there's one teacher whom i will never forge and i will say she is my favorite and she's awesome too! Her name is Mrs. Capa and she was my Math teacher in 4th year highschool. She not only taught Math but everyday before our math lessons she always made us reflect on life and that e should make the most of it by doing nice things and being kind to people wherever we go. During our recollection trip, while going back to school, she made us read one story from her book, God's little devotional book for Women and it was so nice of her. I was seated next to her and she made me read one story that really tells of my life... Like, as if she knows what kind of student i am and also the rest of my classmates. She was a favorite teacher among all and during her bithday we gave her this nice colorful bowl with a cover and in it were our notes of thanks or appreciation for her. We wrote what we wanted to say to her in pieces of colorful paper and it was placed in that bowl with a cover... I hope she still kept those little notes.
I havent visited my high school recentlt but i kno i will always remember her. Not because she teaches Math but because she taught us how to live life the good way.

All of my teachers are cool but I've had three that are spectacular. My 7th nd 8th grade teacher was very cool. Her name was Mrs. McDonald. She made learning fun and she was always willing to listen. As a matter of fact, I still talk to her constantly today even though I'm a sophomore in high school. We email each other all the time.

Another cool teacher was my freshman math teacher Ms. Pasquale. She actually got me to pass math for the first time ever. She was always willing to help. She also made friends with the students, she was more like a sister sometimes than a teacher. She said that I could always go to her for help but unfortunatly, a couple of days ago she quit working at my school. There are still ways I can talk to her but it's harder. I will never forget her.

The last really cool teacher is my art teacher, Ms. Longobardi. She has been my teacher for the past two years. She is like a combination of Mrs. McDonald and Ms. Pasquale. I can always talk to her and I hang out with her in the morning before school sometimes. She has helped me a lot, especially during my freshman year.

I always develop good relationships with my teachers but thwe three I mentioned have been the best.

I have three favorite teachers. The first one is Coach Z. I have had him for the last two years in a row but not this year. He is the coolest, but then again so are the other two. If you have ever had him in class than you would know that he is crazy but not a bad kind of crazy. He listens to what you have to say when you talk to him and he is a joker. The second one is Mr. G. I had him last year for 10th grade English. He made us think about things and showed us that there were other ways to come to a decision or a conclusion about something. We would have a debate in his class almost everyday. He inspired us, well me anyway. The third one is Doc. McBee. I have him for U.S. History. He is laid back and not too strict. Basically, he's one of those that are like the out of sight of mind kind of people. He doesn't make history boring.

I have not yet reached my goal, and I am not perfect. But Christ has taken hold of me. So I keep on running and struggling to take hold of the prize. My friends, I don't feel that I have already arrived. But I forget what is behind, and I struggle for wha

Finally, a positive thread about teachers! I have so many great teachers this year, it is hard to pick just one.

Civics-Mr.Johnson-

My government class is my favorite part of the day. Mr.Johnson teaches it in a very strict way. Quiz every other day, worksheet every day, test every other week. The thing I most like about this teacher is that he lets us ask questions. After the first debate, he let us have the entire class period as a debate. I was on the left, everyone else was on the right. Not a very pleasent situation, and there was lots of yelling. I still enjoyed it though, and it made people think. Mr.Johnson discusses the issues with us. He is an amazing teacher.
