Okay,so heres what pisses me off about my *****y mother. She only cares about one thing. The skateboard association.(you'd know what i meant if you lived here)Its not fair she expects me to do all her **** for her when all the while shes making my life a living hell.My cerfew is 10pm,come on,What the **** goes on before 10pm?!!!That pretty much rules out me ever getting a boyfriend. So a few months ago i got caught with some drugs. She'll rant on and on about all this useless bull**** like "WHo is that, how old are they, why are you seeing them, how did you meet them, where do they live,i need their phone number and adress,CAN I MEET THEM?" SHUT THE **** UP is what i say. I have some serious anger issues with my mother. Anyone have any advice?nobody makes me feel as ****ty as she does. I need some help to calm myself down for those everyday flareups.

Honey, if you did drugs and you lived in MY house, I would either: a. take you to jail.
b. take you to boot camp.
c. kick you out of my home

Kids today whine too much.

Hahah consider yourself lucky, I can barely get a 10 p.m. curfew, only once in a great while. hahah, get over yourself and stop blaming your mom for your problems. You can do alot before 10, hell I've had 6 p.m. curfews before and was still able to hang out and junk, yes I even had a boyfriend with a 9 p.m. curfew on my shoulders. I really think 10 p.m. is more tan enough time, I think you're being very inmature about the priveleges granted to you and personally I don't think your mom has any reason to trust you. I agree with Yogore on this. Talk to your mom in a mature manner and start acting responsible and maybe she might be a little lenient.

I have to say, a 10 PM curfew isn't that bad. I'm 15 and a rising junior and my curfew is 10. No, I don't always make it, but normally I do. Staying out past 10 has nothing to do with having a boyfriend, so don't even bring that into this. if you can't get a boyfriend, it is not because of your curfew.

Listen, i don't want to be mean, but I'm going to be honest. you're not very mature, from what i can tell, and you've given your mom no reason to trust you. Infact, you've done the opposite. you've had drugs, which is enough of a reason to not let you go out at all. your mom seems very generous to you for the situation and you should be thankful. You need to work out a little thing called trust. Once your mom trusts you then she won't need to pester you about where you're going, trust me. And sure, there are those parents, my mother included, who never trust their children, but from the evidence you gave, your mom is not one of them. So suck it up for a while and get in line. lay off the illegal substances and do submit to your mom's [reasonable] demands. it will make your life and your mother's life so much easier.

I think you should talk to your mom. NOT scream at her but really talk to her about what is bothering you with her. Try to make some agreement that you both like. She is just worry about you and come on, you were caugh doing drugs, you know any mother would punish their child for doing drugs. She may have a good reason to do that. You may have broken her trust, you need to gain it back. Just tell her what she wants to know, make her see your trustworthy, try to come up with something you both like.

Your 10 o'clock curfew sounds good compare to over kid's parents. You will find a boyfriend even if you have to be home by 10. I mean, why would a guy want to keep you that late anyways?

Have a nice day...

Have you given your mother a reason to trust you? Give into her demands for a while, tell her who you're with and whatever else she wants to know. After a while she'll build her trust in you for being honest with her. Hiding things from her will never get you a later curphew.

You know I hear if you drink bleach really really fast you get a pretty good high off of it. Maybe you should try that.

You're 14, doing drugs, and you can't figure out why you have a 10pm (which is really friggin reasonable by the way) curfew? Take a look at your life before it fades away from you and you're forgotten by history.

Just breathe and realise that your mother is not trying to control you. She's probably just concerned about you. There could be unresolved issues in your mother that you don't know about, too. And at 14, I don't even have a curfew because I do nothing. I have no boyfriend, I just have contra dances. Give your mum some time.
