i work up at thanksgiving point as a volenteer and live less than a quarter of a mile away so i am up there a lot and deal with the people that work up there and also custumors so i think that the key is learning as much as you can in subject you are working that way you can impress the oter employies there and the person that is over you this works for me all the time
