Not only periods. Exclamation marks. And CAPS. Etc.

It's because hundreds of periods (as well as alternating caps, etc.) catches the eye and attracts attention, which is ultimately the goal of most newbies.

What is it with newbies and starting topics with about 24 periods?

They tells us that u need to learn from our mistakes. *What doesn't kill will make us stornger* We need the expericne too. They can't keep telling us what to do or what not to do. We havr to find what what to do & what not to do or we just turn into a veggie!!! Never knowing!!!! Let us learn why we shouldn't do stuip shit for ourselves!!!!!!!!

Well, there are always some people you should listen to because they are adults and know better than you. They are just trying to help you, protect you, and you know things like that However, if you really feel like they are just telling you what to do because they are bossy idiots then speak your mind. Be mature about it though, don't start yelling at them and saying how unfair they are being. Just express your views and feelings in a calm, civil manner and you will get a long way. They might even see how great your acting and leave you alone. If they are still don't leave you alone even when you tried to talk to them in a respectful manner about what is bothering you then try again. People don't always get things the first time. Also try figuring out if they have a reason to be acting in that way. Like are you doing something your not suppose to be doing? If there is a reason, try fixing it, that will show them that your listening and they will leave you alone. If there isn’t a reason and they just are acting like that for no reason then try to find the root of the problem, maybe there is something wrong with them and it has nothing to do with you. Try talking to them, tell them your trying to behave in a respectful manner and not trying to get into trouble but that they still are on your back, ask them why and if there is anything wrong.
