I work in a store and we close at 5:30pm, we stand by the shutter at 5:20pm to let people know we are closing soon , a customer complained to our Head Office because we wouldn't let them in after 5:30pm.Now we can't stand by the shutter and they can come in all night and we don't get paid. There are some really annoying people around don't you all agree?I mean who'd complain if they were too late to go in a shop?

We don't do that anymore, we just close the shop as normal now.

Yeah it is pathetic to complain about something like that. They should get over it if they're too late to go in a shop.

yea I know I work at wendy's and people complain all the time about us closing at 10.
