I've gotten all of these punishments at one point (except grounding to the house--it was always to my room). What about everyone else?

I have gotten many of those punishments, though at different times of my life. When I was little, I would get spanked with a hand, corner time, grounded to my room, early bedtime, soap, or getting priveleges taken away (TV, computer). Now I just get privileges taken away, like going out on the weekend. I have never really gotten grounded to the house before, just "you can't go out with friends this weekend"

Haha I never had an allowance for them to take and my bed time was 6:30 until i was in grade 4 and then 8 until I was in grade 9 and then 9:30 until I moved out. Basically we just never did anything wrong because we were too scared.

I used to have to write lines because I bite my nails. My parents finally gave up though.

"I will not bite my nails"

Probably my least favorite next to spanking was corner time. My feet were in agony by the end of a few hours.

For me it was mostly a loss of privileges; TV, computer, junk food, social events...
