At 13, you brain isn't fully developed. Without supervision and rules you could go out and OD on drugs because your body's hormones were messed up.
It must be lovely to wake up in the morning and understand everything.

When I was your age, I wanted a tatoo. Had the location and pattern picked out. But like Shade said, I changed. Also, at younger ages, your body's not fully grown, so things can have a lot more effect on your body than you realize. P.s. I sometimes wish someone would take care of me like when I was 5. That was the easy life...

You may change. Something permanent like a tattoo is a pretty serious choice. At your age, what I would have chosen as a tattoo, I would have seriously regretted, and even now, I would regret it later.
