Have you heard of supervisors that rip off your confidence jus because they believe their position is at stake and their growth is ALL that matters when it comes to business ?

Have you heard of illegitimate behavior of male chauvanists that treat women like nobody's business when they are seemingly those who swim against the tide ?

Have you heard of business at the expense of one's morale ?

Have you heard about someone advising you of certain things that you are required to know at work just to humiliate you ?

Have you heard about leaders that make you believe that the land on top of which you stand is something that you do not deserve to be ?

Have you noticed something going wrong but still being done just because your boss's ego does not permit it to be changed ?

Have you heard that smooch-ing your boss is all that it takes to get a job done/undone ?

Have you heard of a story where human values are only said in the books, is verbally practiced but willfully ignored while implementation and you are looked upon as GONE NUTS if you come up to speak about it ?

Have you noticed the righteous condition where you when you are straight are out of picture and when you are flexible are completely in scope ?

All that I speak about above is not pure science or theory - this is what you see as Work Ethics when it comes to Tata Consultancy Services-India, one big thing that is a curse on the upcoming IT industry !
