ugh if you're 19 legally you are considered an adult so you don't have to run away. just get up and leave, if the cops ever where to show up or look for you show them anything acreditting your age and they'll have to stfu

Everyone has problems with their parents, the smart thing to do is to try and work the problems out. If your mother or father ever touches you in any way, call the cops, but other than that, most problems can be solved.

Grace: You're mom has done nothing but actually give a shit about your well being - so I suggest if you're having problems with her talk, its amazing what a bit of convo can do. I totally agree with EG here, unless she's abusive you have nothing to complain about.

That's awesome advice. "Have sex just to make your mom mad!" Amazing. What are they teaching kids these days? Or feeding them? I wasn't ever this crazy or stupid. Running away from your problems (or parents) never solved anything. It just makes the problems worse. You face your problems and work to fix them. Parents are unreasonable because they have a right to. If you don't like it, then talk to them about it. Don't yell, don't bitch, and for the love of Pete, don't run away. Nothing pisses off a parent like freaking out thinking their kid was abducted only to find out they ran away for some petty reason.

You're 15. Of course you think you're mom is a bitch. Trust me, once you leave home for college or whatever, you'll miss her. When I was your age, I used to hate my mom with the heat of a billion suns. Now that I'm away from home, I miss her. Your mom has a right to be nosy, because she didn't have to waste her time carrying you in her womb, giving birth to you, and providing you with everything you have and need. All you're doing right now is reinforcing the idea that American kids are too spoiled. Unless your mother is abusive, you won't get any of the advice you want to hear. The only advice I have for you is, appreciate your mom. Do not take her for granted. The things you're complaining about are very petty and unimportant. Think about how much your mother worries about you and busts her ass to raise you. My mom may still piss me off sometimes, but I just remember how she did my laundry, paid for all of my stuff, the roof over my head, the food in the fridge, the electricity, cable, internet, cell phone; she cleaned, cooked, worked from 7am to 5pm, yet she still raised me and my sister and put us in college. I have no right to call her a bitch, and I take it all back. So should you.
