I researched this and you must go through 4 years of college, 4 years of med skool, and 3 years of special training in the field. THis is all ive found so far. Hope it helps!

i would talk to your local high school and see about programs like RAP (resistared apperenticeship program) or talk to the hospital and similar programs. i know that many ymca's and big brothers and sisters programs have things that elp kids differently. hope this helps!

Well I don't know about volunteer work but you can call your local hospital. You can also start saving tabs off of soda cans, it goes towards th Leukemia Foundation.

I don't have much ideas on it, but I've always wanted to help too. What I thought is that maybe sometime this year I can go to the hospital and visit the Children's Cancer ward and out gifts to the kids. Some of them don't get out often and I think it would be cool to meet some of them (especially the younger ones) and cheer up their day somehow. Other than that, you can also raise money that will go to research for the cure for certain cancers.
