My school doesn't have uniforms, but they threaten us with them every time too many people break the dress code. I always thought wearing them was awful, the worse thing that could happen. Then again it does cut down on how much money you spend on clothes, keeping up with the latest fashion, and if they let you wear whatever you want with it(i.e: braclets,watches) then it shows how creative you. I guess what I mean by creative is it still shows who you are, not a carbon copy of the other students at your school.

I go to a catholic Highschool, we have uniforms, but they do allow us to wear what ever accesories we like. We may wear uniforms, but they do let us look more like ourselves.

I would love that. I would love either having a uniform or being able to wear anything. I don't like dress codes, because most of my shirts are political, and you're not allowed to wear those at my school, and it's a hassle to have to find a shirt that wouldn't be deemed inappropriate by Gaspy.

it depends on the school enviornment. i have a friend who goes to a classical education high school, and part of their school is being rather uptight and very regimented. i went to an alternative high school with no dress code whatsoever before i graduated. if my friend's high school had no dress code, it wouldn't be such a respectful place. if mine did, people would never show up (although they rarely did anyway...)

I think uniforms would be cool because you don't have to worry about what to wear or worry about people judging on your clothes.

I would personally love to have uniforms at my school, just because it would be so easy to wake up every morning already knowing what I have to put on. But it doesn't really matter, since tomorrow is my last day of high school. EVER.
