I have alot of friends who have gone through abuse towards there children and there selves.

It should not be allowed in anyway i have seen the markings, the sadness and pain that it brings to ones life.

More the mental break down and as a friend looking from the outside. Not knowing what to say or do, but be there for them in every way possible.
