I wasn't sure whether to put this in this forum, or in the News forum, but i decided this one would do because it is exploitation in my opinion.

Since I was in Year 7 (about 11 years old) until I left school a few months ago at 15 years old I was raped by a teacher. It was at least twice a week for 4 years. I tried to get help, after the first time it happened and i went to the school councellor and told him what happened...and he just said to me "You know its not fair you ruining a teachers reputation for some sh!t you made up!" So since then, i never told anyone. Actually...I told one person. My boyfriend at the time, this was when i was 13. I was pregnant to that teacher for the 3rd time and i told my boyfriend everything. And that night he killed himself. He had other things going on, but i think what i told him pushed him over the edge. He wrote me a letter just before saying that he couldnt live in a world where someone would do that to a young girl.
So then I didn't tell anyone. During the 4 years i got pregnant to him 9 times, 8 of those times he somehow found out and would kick and bash me in the stomach so i'd miscarry.
Then i decided to tell someone. I told my family who adopted me, and they called me a little sl*t and said they didnt believe me and that i probably wanted it, then they kicked me out. So i went to live with my friend whos 26. And then i finally told him. The next day he forced me to go to the police and tell them everything and i did.

So yesterday i went to court about this. He pleaded guilty of 2 cases of consenual sex with a minor (it was never consensual!!) and not guilty to everything else. AND GUESS WHAT SENTANCE HE GOT!!! He got 7months with a non parole period of 3 months!! and he had to pay $1,500 for emotional damage!! THATS IT! And that is not worth the pain i will have to deal with the rest of my life! My boyfriend killed himself because of it, my family abandoned me, i cant have kids now, i will have to live with being labelled a sl*t forever! And he gets 7 months jail! Even for 2 cases of satuatory rape should've gotten more than that!!

I have only 1 friend in this world, and hes the one i live with. Everyone else i was close to labelled me a slut and never wanted to talk to me again. They didnt realise that i was the victim in this and all i wanted was support. All i want now is for things to go back to normal, and to have some new friends

So yea, if you want to, give your input on this whole thing! Like about the sentance he got and stuff..

Oh my god. This si just the craziest thing ive ever heard!! I thought adults were supposed to be there for you!! not rape you and not beleive that someone didn'nt rape you if someone did! Oh my god. That is the saddest thing ever. Especially what the guidance teacher sad. And the only punishment he got was a fine of 1,500 for emotional damage!!? Oh my god!!! This is the saddest thing ever...I really really think thats wrong. So how did it happen? like what did he do? Tell you he needs to talk to you for a moment then ran you into the bathroom and raped you? If thats how it went that is just WRONG!! any way he did it was wrong!!!! This is sick. How can the goverment just let this guy get away with something so sick. And I also understand It would be pretty hard to post this on fourms. The law enforcement has to really step up. This is sick. and the whole people calling you a slut thing is also wrong!!!! I just can't beleive something like this happened to you. Do you know how hard that would be? You'd have to go to therapy for the rest of your life...Oh my god...Good luck, hun...live a happy life.

yea, and the fact that having been raped for 4 years straight, twice a week, without anyone suspecting anything is just strange and very unlikely. I really hope you didn't make this up belinda, b/c that would be a very sad and sick thing to do. Rape is a serious issue, and it makes me upset to hear of anyone falling victim to it. It makes me even more heartbroken to think of a family disowning their child b/c of it. Its hard to think that people can be this cold hearted. I'm not saying that they aren't, but either you are leaving some things out, or you have come across quite alot of pretty rotten people in your life.

I do find this hard to beilve, the the justice system for rape is unfair. If this was true, i fucking agree with amp.

I have a serious problem with rape what is the world comming to. how could people do this? how could people think of such horrible stories? how could peopl;e get turned on by rape? how could rape ever be justified? what is wrong with the world.

I think a nation funded be youth is a wonderfull idea. We're much more open minded that adults, and might accually manage to do something productive.

i wonder what judicial systems are really amde up off..they are the most unfair things in our systems..
jsut today my maid told me something so shocking..2 months ago she got engaged too this one guy ( it was going to be an arranged marriage) and then she came to know that he is married to 4 other gurls...he just left them and 2 of them got pregnanat becasue of him..
i am so glad she found out cause in a society like ours noone wud marry her again..

But really, that's fucked up. I don't know what's wrong with the people who do these things but they must be really sick. I have no idea what in hell could drive someone to do something like that. That is wrong and that teacher should be beat to hell and have his guts torn out of him.
