do u think all cancers should be cured? I STRONGLY believe that lung cancer should not be cured. People who have it most likely got it from smoking, and if it was cured, people will think it is ok to smoke. Just so i do not get the reaction i have gotten before, i have family who are suffering and has died from lung cancer. Please voice off on this.

no I think she would say something more like this.... we shouldn't cure AIDs because most people who have it are gay, and if we cure them it will tell them it is ok to be gay..... Maybe if Hitler were president...but he's not...so deal and just so you know "adenocarcinoma" is the same cancer smokers get....so you are willing to kill 40% of the women with lung cancer....even though they never smoked?? Nice....

who told you that, there are alot of people who get lung cancer who have never ever smoked!! You can get it just by walking outside, the pollution caused by cars and factories is far greater then any pollution created by cigarettes. quote: A Mayo Clinic study
While the lung cancer-tobacco connection is well established, researchers have suspected that adenocarcinoma -- which accounts for over 40 percent of lung cancer in women -- was linked to other, unknown risk factors. That’s because adenocarcinoma, more so than other forms of lung cancer, strikes women who have never smoked
For example, among 10,000 women who do not smoke, each year three women will develop any lung cancer, two of them being adenocarcinoma.

I think cancer should be cured, diseases too, illnesses and all this kind of stuff. Even if the cancer was caused by the person, I don't think that they need to die for it. Also, being in the hospital really bites and it hurts so much so if someone gets lung cancer from smoking and they go to the hospital and get cured, odds are they PROBABLY won't do it again. I agree there's probably other reasons for lung cancer. Also, I know there are other ways to get aids or HIV without having sex or sharing drugs. However, don't get me wrong, I see what you are saying keen and you made a good point there. Bye N Have a nice day

so aids shouldn't be cured because people who got it had sex or shot drugs? no, everyone deserves to live, no matter what.
while most cases of lung cancer are smokers, what about their kids, who breathe in the second hand smoke? are they supposed to suffer because their parents smoke? what about people who get lung cancer from breathing in something on their job? or if the lung cancer is genetic? do they deserve to die? simple answer: no.
