The weather in Australia, which is where i live is really strange, its been raining, but last week it was boiling hot and next week the weather is due to be hot, it has been flooding, and we are in a 2 year drought. You get the point. thanks

it's so mild i live near seattle and it normally snows a couple times in winter lightning in fall spring it rains and summer is pretty sunny in 70s.
this year no storms, no snow just clouds, little rain (in seattle) and the spring and summer are just the same... only ten degrees or so warmer, in 60s and cloudy rather than 40s and cloudy like in the summer
i need sun, or at least a good storm

NC here. Weather's crazy. Snowed at the end of March. Raining right now. Sunny yesterday. Mom thinks its because the world is ending. I think I've said enough.

Here in big sky country the weather is pretty nice. It is about 59F out right now, just right for me. Slight cloud cover. The plants and flowers are coming along nicely. Spring is pretty. PS this is the funniest thing ive ever read: quote: the weather here is......umm....unpredictable. it's cloudy one day. rainy the next day.

How is this relevant to helping children?
Anyway, here in Georgia there have been about three major storms in the past week. They caused some nasty flooding and demolished one too many homes.

It's hot, then warm, then cool, then cold and it repeats itself. Then it rains, then it storms, then there's winds that could blow you away, Then there's lighting, then there's thunder, then there's a Toronto, then in some areas there's a Hurricane.
Last weekend, we had a toronto watch.
Um, I have a story to tell you:
I went to the movies on that weekend of the toronto watch with my brother and sister. We were watching Holes, that new movie that came out that first was a book. Well, we were watching it and all of a sudden, the screen and the lights of the theater went off. We were in the dark for a minute then the lights went back on but the screen was still turned off. Then the lights started to go off and on and now the screen kept showing a shadowy figure. It was cool, it seemed like the place was haunted. Then we started hearing thunder, it was loud.
My brother finally went out to see what was going on and my sister and I stayed in the theater waiting. He came back and said that there was a blackout and that everyone was leaving. So we got out of the theater and now we were in the hallways. All these people were running and everything. Finally, we found out what went wrong.
There was a storm becoming a tornado that cut off all the power to all the buildings and houses and anything in that area. When we got outside to get to my brother's car (after we got our rain checks to get a free movie next time we come) and it was all dark, and rainy really hard with winds that just blew you away. All there was of light was the lighting from the sky and from cars trying to leave the parking lot. The lighting was hitting the power lamps or whatever you call those poles with the springs and that put everyone in the area in serious danger. If one of the poles happen to fall over or the lighting mix with water spread, we could all have been killed or hurt seriously.
We ran to the car, but we barely could run because the water was deep on the floor. Well, I couldn't run at least. We finally got to the car and we got home safety. However, it was all over the news about the tornado watch and some houses and buildings were demaged badly. All now you see is trees on their sides and all these brunches everywhere.
However, I'm not exactly sure if we had a tornado or if it was just a insane storm.
Now the weather is warm and calm with a little winds.
This is just messed up!!!!!!!!!!!! We should be heading to summer weather and we are just going back and forth. This is dangerous weather for all of us.
Bye N Have a nice day
