As a precedent for what? If they upheld a ban on partial birth abortion, what other than partial birth abortions could be banned?
Obviously, a precedent for overturning Roe v Wade. Conservative groups will push to extend this ban on partial birth abortion to cover all abortions, and with this decision, they actually have a Supreme Court decision to back up their case.

Considering an unborn child is completely dependent on its mother, I would say that a baby is definitely part of its mother. And no, parents do not have the right to kill their children or anyone else's children, but at the same time they also have a right to their own bodies. That is whats difficult with this issue, because which one takes precedence over the other?

Dang, did they not clarify what a partial birth abortion is? I hate it when the Supreme Court makes vague decisions.
They did specify, however the ruling creates a precedent for other courts to follow similar action. So it does not directly cause more bans, but it can be indirectly used as precedent.

I think it's the woman choice and she should do with her body as she pleases. Why should the government have a say on what I do with my body? Do you know how many girls go to backally butchers? Even if it's illegal, abortions are going to take place. So why kill 2 people if you can save one?

I guess that all depends on your definition of conception, although I really can't see how a person can call stopping fertilization before the egg even implants murder... I mean, until the egg attaches to the uterus, anything can happen to it. A fetus is not guaranteed just because fertilization has already happened.

Anyways, this is the opinion of the lady, not mine.
She said that women concider the option of abortion all the time, but that they hardly ever concider the possibilities that they may feel guilt and mourning for the loss of their child afterwards. She said that grief of loss from abortion never levels off, because often the mother feels responsible for kiling the child and that women can be fine for years before it bothers them.
I don't know where I stand on the issue of greiving for your child. I think, of course if somebody drills it into your head that YOU killed your child by having an abortion, that could probably make you upset, but, if you don't beleive that you killed a "child" then ofcourse you aren't going to be upset about it.

Maybe. I'd also say they aren't as foolish and weak in the many ways our society is. When we've shrunk our numbers enough that we're minoritys in our own lands, we won't have a say in how things go down. People don't get this. They think that those races they have allowed outnumber them will just carry on the Liberal nonesense, and the Race Equality doctrine. May our (less than 2) children one day enjoy the 'equality' bestowed upon them, that Boers in Zimbabwe do.
