so i know this person, Becky (she is adult), and she has 2 kids. she has put her nine year old in mental instituitions numerous times and put herself there...but it seems like she has done it to get attention..shes really mean to her 9 year old that she has instituitionalized and when becky gets caught bringing men into the house she calls her daughter crzy and says she is seeing things...this nine year old has a lot of mental issues now...her mom abuses drugs left and right..tho she has gotten them prescribed... and she gets a little violent with the nine year old....I'm really concerned...but I don't know if it is something considered abuse or not....is it worth reporting?

oh yeah, and becky has left a 2 year old, the nine year old with violent issues, and a mentally retarded 13 year old alone all night so she can go party...and then came home and continued to use and ignored her crying baby so the 13 year old had to stay up trying to rock him to sleep.....its all so wrong....

OMG thats so awful, wow. Poor things. Um alot of that Neglect this woman needs help. Or her children will pay for it thats so sad..why do parents do this

Yes. Tell a trusted adult, teacher, anyone. This should not continue. By breaking your siilence, you will be helping to end this torture of abuse for those involved. If you ever question circumstances that have escalded to a level such as this. Telling somebody is the only thing that can make anything better. Hope I helped.
