It's a sad fact: teenage girls are looking more like streetwalkers than decent individuals, which is basically the premise of this latest column on WorldNetDaily.com:

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=43143

Seriously, where are the parents in all of this? Too many girls are looking like prostitutes...it's a shame.

Yea, it's sad.

My parents would never let me leave the house dressing like most of the teen-age girls.

I'm 16 but i would never dress like some of the girls i see. I'm sorry but i dont like wearing little, tiny clothes, because i dont like how older men (30's+) look at me now .

I believe that a lot of the young girls do dress like little prostitutes these days.

I agree with ChrissyLynn on this one:
girls who dress quite revealing can put themselves in "to grown up" situations....i think it goes back to needing attention (in a lot of cases) they just want to be noticed, but sometimes arent mature enough to realize they are getting bad attention.

Sad thing is they don't really realize it, they see the stars doing it and then different clothes companies put out what the stars are wearing
and they make them to fit the young girls.
The young girls don't realize that the are causing men to lust after them.
They may not mean to, but what they are waering tells other wise.

Bro.Branham said that on the day of judgement when they stand before God they will be judged as a prostitute.
Even if they don't think they are a prostitute they are dressing like one and that is the spirit they have on them. And they are cause men to lust after them.

children need guidence in almost every aspect, clothing is no different....

in my opinion, tanks and sleevless shirts are fine, as long as they fit right, and shorts that arent so short that the world gets a shot of your butt when you bend over....and pants you wont rip the butt out of when you bend over in them....

as far as teens go, there is a sophisticated nice as opposed to "why bother wearing clothes at all if you insist on that"

But most of them still won't have the maturity it takes to decide whether or not wearing a certain piece of clothing to school is okay.

....at least most of the freshmen and sophomores at my school don't have that maturity.

It true teenage girls are looking more like streetwalkers. They all think they can do wear whatever they want. And it isn't good of them because that lead to making some pretty bad decisions

ok, since u don't know me at all, than, think whatever u want, i don't care. but just for your information, i don't wear trampy clothing. anything cut low, i refuse to wear. i dress conservatively, usually, u'll find me in either a knee length skirt or pants that aren't tight and in a tee shirt, charter shirt, or a tank w/ and overshirt. so don't even play like u know how i dress.

Oh please, some girls could dress like nuns and they will still be goggled by guys. In the case of guys, it doesn't matter what a girl wears, she will still have a guy howling at her from his broken down car. However, I do agree there are some young girls who dress in ways that reveal a lot of their body. They shouldn't dress like that to get attention from guys. They shouldn't dress like that to feel beautiful. Some girls tell me that they just like dressing like that and they don't do it for guys or to feel beautiful. I don't know if they are lying or telling the truth. However, out of respect for other people, I think girls who dress like that should tone it down a bit when they are around other people. Your around other people all the time so I guess you have to tone it down all the time. Try compromising, be revealing but at the same time cover up.

Have a nice day...

Here's my beef with the parents of these girls.

They don't excersize enough discipline to enforce a 'dress code'. When I was a little girl, a slap on the hand or a spanking was the norm. I work a lot as a food clerk and I see a lot of things happen which have led me to believe that the parents of today are 'soft'. A child needs discipline, but not to the extreme (beating/beating with an object/raping...that sort of thing). If a child is disciplined, but not too often, they will turn out to be better than the children of today.

Grown-ups never understand anything for themselves, and it is tiresome for children to be always and forever explaining things to them. -Antoine de Saint-Exupery
