I've apologized before for sounding so harsh, calling people Communists, condemning other people's religious beliefs, etc. But I seriously want to apologize again - and make it known that I was in error and that Jesus Christ preaches a message of True Love. And unfortunately for me, that True Love was not being shown - I did more harm than good and I realize that now. (you learn lots by talking to your grandma) Anyway, I'll ask questions when I don't understand and I'll try to answer them when I can. But I don't want someone to feel (anymore) that they have to be condemned, judged or threatened again - at least not from me - or for that matter, ANY Christian. I say "jesus christ" when I'm annoyed/angry. I'm Atheist, so I don't consider it saying his name in vain. I could say "holy socrates!" and mean the same thing, but I've always said "jesus christ".. meh.

Well, apology accepted, though pardon my slight skepticism... sorry, but I'm kinda stunned here. Just in my experience it takes either a long time or a major life experience to cause someone to be more tolerant, and most intolerant people never have that revelation at all. Wow... now I'm curious about what your grandma said to you!   |
